Hello, y'all,

Here are some insights from the week:  one-word prayers, inner strength amid the unknown, and remembering Thich Nhat Hanh.

Mindset

Mindfulness

  • Rest in peace Thich Nhat Hanh who died this week at the age of 95.  He is one of my favorite spiritual leaders and one of the most peaceful people I deeply respect.  I keep learning so much from his writings about mindfulness in the present moment.
