Welcome to One Micro-Mindful Minute, your guide to weaving micro-mindfulness into your day without adding one more thing to your calendar.

Hi y’all,

One of the things I learned as a nun that stays with me today is that the journey of self-discovery is a lifelong adventure of growth. Mindfulness can help you practice self-awareness with self-compassion.

These simple techniques this week can help you cultivate present-moment awareness, to foster self-compassion, attentive listening, and a profound connection to ourselves and our surroundings. Plus, you can practice micro-mindfulness in less than ten minutes a day.

Starting this week, I will be sharing my posts throughout the week. This newsletter will be on Sundays as usual. My weekly podcast on practicing 1 micro-mindfulness practice will be on Tuesdays, and the deeper dive on a micro-mindfulness practice (for paid subscribers) will be on Thursdays.
