A micro-practice of mindfulness is a tool to help you fully be in the present moment.

It is a focused activity you can do most anywhere in a short period of fewer than 10 minutes.

Working through mental exhaustion doesn’t have to be a prolonged heavy lift of effort. You can achieve results with shorter time activities with consistency.
