Here are some insights from the week:  the sacred art of listening, well-being and work, and finding your way in your life’s purpose.

Three Insights on Mindfulness

Spending time reflecting on this question nudges you toward growth and well-being:

  • Is this the life where I can live and become my best self?

In spirituality, there is a practice known as hora et labora, meaning “pray and labor,” a religious practice that views prayer and work as partners in life.  Think about it:

  • Pray and labor.

  • Well-being and work.

  • Clarity and focus.

The sacred art of listening is called discernment, listening to the holy affirmations throughout your being.  Discernment is about:

  • Noticing clues and signals of affirmation in your life.

  • Listening both within your inner self and with others.

  • Laying down the bricks of your life's purpose while seeking and finding your way along the path.
