When I was a nun, I remember my first meeting with my novice director, the sister who was my companion and guide during the process of becoming a nun. During that meeting, Sister Rosemary gave me some of the best advice about setting your intention. She said, Before anything else, reflect and listen within the depths of your being about what you really want this day. Set your intention first, which will guide your actions throughout the day.
Her wisdom still rings true for me today: True intentions fuel your actions in the day.
