Three Insights on Mindfulness
I listened to the podcast episode, Living in Deep Time - Fr. Richard Rohr – OnBeing. Fr. Rohr is a Franciscan priest and founder of the Center for Action and Contemplation in Albuquerque, NM. Here are insights from this episode:
Contemplation means living in deep time where time seems to come to a fullness where all the dots connect. (We often use the phrase, "it doesn't get any better than this" for these moments).
Contemplation means to let the moment, event, or person come toward you as it is without your label or judgment.
This habit of noticing means to let the moment fill the space before you and then be fully present in the moment.
