Hiking is one of my favorite soulful activities.
For the past 25 years, I have been fortunate to have a hiking partner. On nearly every hike we do together, at the start of the trailhead, we pause and ask each other, “What do you seek this day?”
Along the trail, we are attentive to our surroundings, breathing in the forest or mountain landscape and taking in the wisdom of nature. At the end of the hike, we share our insights based on our intentions that day.
A hike, nature walk, or moment amid creation can promote presence. Today, I want to share some easy steps to help you practice mindful nature moments for rest and renewal.
