Hi, y'all,

This week I want to share my reflections on the following:  

  • How pausing for reflection is a tool for mindfulness.

  • How index cards can help you micro-journal.

  • How I’m using the Day One Journal app to manage stress.

Sometimes, life, work, or the economy can be stressful.  How do you remain calm and focused amid the headwinds?

Mindfulness is a practice of being deliberate about what you notice when so much is coming at you, like a strong wind storm.  A steady diet of micro-practices of mindfulness will help you lose distractions and gain perspective.
