Hello y'all,

Here are some insights from the week, reflecting with gratitude on living in the present moment, practicing the art of showing up, and what we do with our time.

Mindset

  • Finish lines tell you who you are and how you are growing. Finish lines teach us that in the race of life, speed is not the winning factor. Learning and growth are the indicators moving you closer to becoming your best self.

  • Rest in peace Stephen Sondheim who died this past week at 91. He was one of the most prolific and creative songwriters for musical theater of our time. He was creating up until his death. In a recent interview, he said, "what else would I do with my time but write?"

Mindfulness
