Hi y’all,

November is a month of remembering and gratitude. Some celebrations are Diwali (the Hindu Festival of Lights), All Saints/All Souls Day/Dias de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), and Thanksgiving (in the US).

My Dad was also born in November. A simple sign of love I noticed about my parents was seeing them hold hands. My parents held hands together for 62 years, a lifetime of tiny moments of love and gratitude.

Today, I want to share how mindfulness can help you notice the tiny moments of gratitude in your everyday life.

First, here are some easy micro-mindfulness tips – actions you can do in less than 3-7 minutes.
