Hi, y'all,

This week, I want to talk about how mindfulness can help you pay attention to what life is teaching you in the present moment. 

One of the mindfulness techniques is the intentional pause which can help you:

  • Practice self-awareness

  • Recharge your resilience

  • Appreciate the beauty of life around you.

Because, in the rush of life, don't forget to pause and appreciate the beauty around and within you. Take a moment to savor the sounds, smells, and colors surrounding you.

It's in these small moments that true mindfulness happens. And these micro-mindfulness moments are moments of connection threaded together in a life full of purpose and joy.

First, some easy micro-mindfulness tips – actions you can do in less than 3-7 minutes at a time.
