Hi y’all,

Most of what’s pulling us apart is that we forget to check in with ourselves regularly.

We’re the ones who need our own presence the most.

We’re so good at showing up for everyone else: the boss, the kids, the deadlines, and the friends who are hanging on by a thread.

Who’s showing up for you?

I see it with the working parents I coach, who feel like they’re holding the entire world together. I see it with the ambitious single women who tell me, “I’m doing everything right, so why do I feel like I’m disappearing?”

I’ve experienced both feelings - like I’m holding the world together while feeling like I’m disappearing.
