Hi y’all,

Have you ever noticed that the truth tends to rise when you finally slow down?

We spend so much of life adding more, more to-dos, more goals, more noise.

But presence, real presence, has its own agenda. It isn’t here to add. It’s here to remove what is not needed.

The women I coach often show up exhausted, not because they’re doing life wrong, but because they’re doing life alone, fast, and on autopilot.

Behind every sigh is a question they haven’t had space to ask. Behind every scroll, a need left unspoken.

The real work of mindful presence isn’t just learning something new. It’s unlearning what no longer serves us.

In that sacred pause, we uncover insights that can change everything, without changing everything.

Today’s newsletter is about that journey: what shows up when we practice consistent micro-mindfulness. What presence teaches us when we’re ready to listen.

Let’s begin the unlearning.
