Hi y’all,

What if being strong all the time is what’s quietly breaking you?

Culture tells us that strength looks like pushing through, holding it together, taking care of everyone else, and doing it all without complaint. But behind the mask of “I’ve got this,” too many women and allies are collapsing inside.

You may be powering through work deadlines, laundry piles, and middle-of-the-night worries, and maybe no one sees how exhausted you are.

I see you. I’ve been you, and I’m still working through the mask of “I’ve got this.”

Strength isn't always about enduring. Sometimes, it’s about exhaling, loosening your grip, and being gentle with yourself.

In today’s newsletter, I’m offering seven reasons why self-compassion is not weakness but the most powerful form of strength we often forget to practice.

Let’s explore each one together.
