Hi, y'all,

This week I want to share my reflections on the following:

  • Journal techniques to prepare your mindset for daily mindfulness.

  • A journal method to help you retrieve information quickly.

  • The value of using a good journal prompt for your writing.

Consistent mindfulness can lead to a healthy, balanced life. One of the best practices is micro-journaling, a few minutes of writing or drawing each day.

In her quote below, the artist Georgia O’Keefe says that you have to do something else - to have a kind of nerve.  To have nerve is the courage to do something difficult or outside your comfort zone.  Micro-practices of mindfulness are one way to move you out of your comfort zone and nudge you toward growth.

Let’s dive in!
